Most pieces are started when you order them - that's what keeps every plushie personal. Each listing shows its own crafting time, and postage is added on top. You'll get an email confirming your order straight away, and another the day it's wrapped and posted.

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, right here on the site. Checkout is handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers. Prices are in Australian dollars, and other payment methods appear at checkout when they're available for your card and country.

A flat A$6.00 on every order - and free once your order passes A$75.00. The exact amount is always shown before you pay.

Yes! We post worldwide, at the same flat A$6.00 rate as within Australia. Every order goes out tracked and carefully wrapped. Overseas parcels naturally take a little longer to arrive, and any customs charges at your end are set by your country, not by us.

Spot clean with mild soap and cold water, then air dry. No washing machines, no tumble dryers - hand-crocheted cotton holds its shape best when treated gently. Brushing with a soft toothbrush revives fuzzy patches.

Plushies with safety eyes are recommended for ages 3+. For younger cuddlers, ask for an embroidered-eyes version in the order note or as a custom request - we make them often.

That's our favourite kind of order. Send a photo through the custom order form and we'll reply with a sketch and quote - no commitment until you approve both.

Write to us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right - repair, remake, or refund. Handmade means we stand behind every stitch.
